The Small Sailing Boats do not have the facilities for learning or practicing as other nautical sports, therefore “Sails & Shades”, Sail loft will offer all necessary resources: sailboat, instructor/monitor and learning in order to enjoy with fullness the freedom that is felt when moving on the water through the action of the wind.

Sailing is suitable for all ages and it can be a sport or a hobby for a lifetime. It is easy, fanny and helps to forge the character. In addition, it is an ecological activity respectful of the marine habitat, since does not pollute and does not need fuel.

Nautical activities in La Paz

  1. “Sails & Shades”, Sailloft, sponsor the “Sailing Dinghy Club”, organizing informal regattas every Sunday. The only goal is enjoy on the water and on the beach. Meeting location: “cat beach” on the Malecon, in front of Anroga Sports. Bring your sailboat or we rent you one.
  1. “Sails & Shades”, Sailloft sponsor the “Celestial Navigation Club”” and offer celestial navigation classes free of charge in English and Spanish. Location: Marina La Paz, Vista Room, Monday & Thursday 10am.
  1. Spend a day among the desert islands in the Bay of Loreto, Join us for a captained sail on Mexicat, a Stiletto 27 catamaran, take the helm, trim the sails or just relax and enjoy the ocean.
